2025 Camp Card Fundraiser
Designed to help units and their members raise funds to support all of their Scouting Adventures, Camp Cards are designed to be a low-cost product sale packed with tons of savings!
This “no risk” sale returns $2.50 for every card sold helping youth earn their way to camp. Money raised helps a youth pay for:
- Scouts BSA Summer Resident Camp
- Cub Scout Day Camp
- Cub Scout Resident Camp
- Annual Youth Registration
- Special Events

- Gear & Uniforms

Digital Savers Guide:
The Pathway to the Rockies Council has, again, partnered with Savers Guide Entertainment to bring an online and app-based version of the card to you and your customers with the purchase of every card. Each card will have a unique (one-time) access code which unlocks offers from over 10,000 different businesses (nationwide). Simply select your desired location on the online platform to receive offers in the area you select (or allow location access on the app-based version) giving you great deals wherever you go. Offers include everything from dining and things to do, to shopping, personal services, travel and more.
2025 Sale Dates
- March 3rd – Bass Pro Shops Show & Sell Slots Open (see below)
- March 12th (Wednesday) at 5:30pm – Camp Card Kick-off (30-min presentation held via Zoom)
- March 13th (Thursday) – Camp Card Distribution during normal business hours at both Scout Service Centers
- March 13th – Camp Card Sale Begins
- May 27th (Tuesday) – Camp Card Sale Ends
- May 29th (Thursday) – All money collected and unsold cards are due by close of business
- June 12th – Camp Card Commission Checks available for pick-up at the Colorado Springs location
- June 17th – Commission checks not picked up will be mailed to committee chairs

Bass Pro Shops Storefront Sales
Back by popular demand, the Pathway to the Rockies Council will be facilitating opportunities for Scouting units to sell in front of Bass Pro Shops through the duration of the 2025 sale. Here’s how it works:
- A sign-up genius will be LIVE starting Monday, March 3rd
- Sign-up for NO MORE THAN 3 TIME SLOTS
- On March 31st (if there are still slots available) you may sign-up for 2 more (Remember that a Scout is Courteous and Kind)
