Tinsel & Trees Family Fest

Tinsel & Trees Family Fest is a new event for the Pathway to the Rockies Council, Scouting America.  Designed to be a family friendly event open to the public, this day offers stationed activities to include a tree auction, live music, dollar ticket auction, kids’ crafts, refreshments, holiday contests, and of course, Santa.

All proceeds from this event will support the Pathway to the Rockies Council, Scouting America’s ScoutReach program (providing Scouting to youth regardless of their economic background, neighborhood, or their circumstances).

Details:
  • Saturday, December 14th
  • Location:  Western Museum of Mining and Industry
  • 4 (2-hour) sessions to choose from
  • Optional “Craft Pass” recommended for children ages 3-12
  • Prices: $10/person for admission and an additional $20/craft pass

  •  9am to 11am
  • 10am to Noon
  • 1pm to 3pm
  • 2pm to 4pm

Santa Sponsor – $1,000 (Available):

Full page ad in event program, 10 complimentary tickets to Saturday’s family event, 5 complimentary tickets to Friday Evening Premiere (adults only), recognition at premiere, logo on all event promotions and council website, opportunity to decorate a tree.

Station Sponsor $500 (8 available):

Half page ad in event program, 5 complimentary tickets to Saturday’s family event, 2 complimentary tickets to Friday Evening Premiere (adults only) and opportunity to decorate a tree.

Tree Designers – $100 (10 available):

Opportunity to decorate a tree with sponsor board.
